As would be expected in a business of this size, the directors work hard to maintain service standards across all branches and there are a number of KPIs in place. These are constantly reviewed to ensure that they’re benefitting the business and aren’t in place merely for their own sake. All branches are regularly mystery shopped in person and on the telephone and the panel was pleased with the results from the independent mystery shopping exercise. Both landlords and tenants can access a great range of services and the personal touch is coupled with robust investment in back office technology.
